We are taught how to gain things in life but not what to do when we lose them. This programme with give your children the understanding and tools to help them in life when loss occurs. With up to 42 losses in the average lifetime, it’s time to get conversations going around this difficult subject!
I have created 3 ways for you to work with me, one to one through online.
Busting Through Life’s Challenges
To get the best results for you, we are going to
work together for up to 6 months delivering 14 powerful sessions.
This will start intensively for the first two months, delivering the
remaining sessions in the allotted time.
When
we work on grief, other things arise and this course allows time.
Time to heal as you are supported with coaching to address any
unresolved grief or challenges that are presented as we work to clear
any emotional clutter.
Perhaps
you need support to also find a future after you have healed your
pain of your loss, what is next for you? This can be especially
useful if you have dedicated your life to your spouse or children.
Together
we will identify an future that you desire, even if you are unsure at
this moment what that might look like for you. This intensive
programme is built around your desires.
Grief with Results Coaching
This course is of the same structure as Busting
Through Life’s Challenges but for just 4 months delivering 10
sessions.
With
both of these programmes for the investment in yourself you will have
WhatsApp Support during your time with me. For example, this means
that if you are struggling at a particular time, we can arrange a
call.
Grief Coaching Programme
This is 6 session programme with an additional two
coaching sessions after the programme is complete.
This
is idea for those who just wish to work on their grief, do no suspect
that they have any other issues to address with one to one support
rather than the video course (see The Good Grief Coaching)
Carried out over
two months working through understanding how you have experienced
grief in your life over 6 sessions, with an additional 2 coaching
sessions. This includes email support but not WhatsApp.
Which one is right for you? That really depends on where you feel you are right now, how much support you feel that you need.
